how to place certain modules within another module

Ok i know this is a strange question let me explain. Im working on http://www.audiostate.nl/shop/ just for learning purpose

But on the homepage below you'll see 2 blocks with "ads" these are just images placed with "Addstuff" wich look nice but now there are several jquery (module) sliders with product slides and that looks better!

now i want to remove 1 of the ad images and place the module there but i cant. I have a $HOOK_HOME

there are 2 modules attached the one with the car showing and the 2 ads. in the backoffice I can position the slider also but then you see the slider under the 2 ads.... and above it but not on the place where the second ad is.

the addstuff module has a html page where you can insert normal html code so maybe i can remove 1 picture and add my own jquery slider with 4 images in it but i dont what to do that.

so how can I merge the module slider with the module addstuf. Or how can I place the slider module next to the image ad?
