MIgration from 1.6.x to 1.7.x completed, SendMail broken

Hi there

i just finished the main migration to PS 1.7.3 from 1.6.x.

At the moment i am testing everything and i am stuck on mail settings.

While no mails are beeing sent, i am also unable to access "Advances settings > Mail", this is what debug console gives me:

There is no /modules/Mailhook/ folder nor was there. So did a module override settings or so?
