Bulk Importing (inc. Images)

Hey guys

I'm successfully importing stock but am having issues with the image urls

should I be using:

../images/whatever.jpg

or

http://www.domain.com/images/whatever.jpg

it's doing my head in - It would be nice to have a sticky of a sample csv import with all fields

Just checked php safe mode, it's switched off

I've looked at my php.ini and it says safe_mode: off. I've tried to chmod my image directories to 777 but it won't let me, i've attached my csv file

I'm running the system on iis7 and checked the GD library is running

hurahh got somewhere, loking at the bug tracker you need an ID field with an autocount (i'm using access exporting to excel)

:-S Hm, I am a newbie and am curious how to import images as well. Can you explain in plain words or step by step how to do this. I've tried the complete url in the .csv image but after import they simply don't show? All I get right clicking on the image is http://www.o2hut.com/2wiel/img/p/en-default-home.jpg "no image available''

I'm unable to get the images to show and the products always go on the home page and no where else!! Can anyone here help me? Thanks

And what do you guys mean by autocount? I'm just using open office: calc (similar to microsoft excel) and exporting to .csv format. I have no idea what autocount means!
