database import - need help

I created a store using prestashop 1.3.2 version from my webhost quickinstall tool.

I createa a huge database of products, imgages, categories, atributes, etc. Full store!

after that I created a custom carrier and that when the problem starts, the carrier does not work.

everytime you do checkout it says carrier not available.

I thought it was a bug, so I backup my entier databse of products and unstall and reinstall the prestashop, now when I got o import I cannnot import my backup databse!

I treid manually using phpmyadmin... and I cant either! the only way I can is to delete every single table and then copy past the sql code of the backup.

Thats fine, but I have another problem if I do that and that is:

1- I cannot get the images, I dont know where should I upload the images, using ftp can some1 pls. tell me the root locaton. PS: I have SEO url active.

2- most importantly, if I do this my previous carrier that was not working will still not work!



how the hell I fix this!
