Layered navigation block how to check if cron ran properly?

Hello,

I have PS 1.6.1.15 and editing the cron links through my host provider. And I would like to ask, is there a way to check if the cron ran properly? Are there some clues how to check it? Or somewhere in the database? I run these Block layered navigation crons every night.

I cant check it in FO because I already have tons of prices, attributes in system. So I dont know, how to check it and control it.
