Blank Back Office Screen - Cannot Log In - No Form

Hi!

I am unable to log in to the Back Office after moving my test cart to my domain root directory.

The Front Office is working sufficiently, but when I type in the URL for the Back Office, I get a blank browser page.

When I first copied the files over to the root directory, I could use the log in screen and tried to log in using my correct email and password. The screen would blink one time, the refresh with only the blank form appearing.

After this, I followed the advice of many different forum posts, advising me on how to get logged in.

After deleting the cookies, then changing one of the characters in the COOKIE_KEY, the back office log in page no longer loads up.

(I did make sure after all of this that the COOKIE_KEY and COOKIE_IV_ match the original backup files).

I am now unable to do anything in the back office! Can someone please help me? :bug:
