IMPORTING .csv IN UTF-8 MAKES ERROR: .....cannot be saved

Hi all

When I'm trying to import .csv products in "wrong" encoding - there's no problem, but product appear like this - Ãëàäèëüíàÿ.

If I'm importing UTF-8 encoded file, strings appear correctly, BUT AT THE SAME TIME IMPORTING IS NOT DONE, THERE ARE ERRORS:

Гладильная доска махагон (ID 23239) cannot be saved

...and at the same time there's message: The .CSV file has been imported into your shop. But NO PRODUCTS APPEAR IN THE IMPORTED CATEGORY...

Any idea, guys?
