[Résolu] module atos 500 Internal Server Error

Bonjour,
du jour au lendemain le module atos que j'avais placé en production ne fonctionne plus, et à la place j'ai
"Internal Server Error

je ne sais pas comment réparer cette erreur qu'il n'y avait pas avant. la seule chose qui a changé est la mise à jour du fichier sitemap

il suffisait de changer les propriétés de certain fichiers par le FTP
