Invalid token: direct access to this link may lead to a potential security breach.

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've installed Prestashop 1.7.3 on an Apache 2.4 and PHP 7.1.

Everything seems to work as expected, but every time i try to access the Products or the Stocks section in the Backoffice i get the following error: Invalid token: direct access to this link may lead to a potential security breach.

Even though i click the "I understand the risk" button, the error keeps showing.

After some more tests, this error is showing in other sections of the backoffice.

How can i solve this problem?

I have the identical server setup and yes, it is SSL certified and I get the green lock even though when I access the products page in the back office, I get the INVALID TOKEN message. It just started yesterday after no changes being made to either the server or the PrestaShop setup.

I must admit though that when I make any changes to the products page, it appears to be automatically saving the changes even though I don't press the SAVE button. I get the message that  PS is "Unable to update settings" even though it does update the settings.

Though this hasn't yet affected the front of the store, I'd really like to know what's going on.
