[SOLVED]paypal with beta

I'm trying to test the paypal module in presta beta 3 on sandbox mode.
When I try to buy, I keep having the message "No payment modules have been installed yet."

was somebody able to make it work ?
or do I need to install the http://www.ecartservice.net ?

Resolutions:
- I had 2 United States country setup somehow (was it loaded by default?) and when I created my test customer I used the wrong country ID which seemed to be "restricted" from paypal (so, in a sense - the restriction works )
- you must make sure you first logout of the paypal sandbox first. Somehow, if you are connected as the seller account, you can't get the payment to occur with the seller account via presta.
