[solved] Is gift wrapping by default charged per order or per item?

See title, how is gift wrapping charged when enabled?

Using version 1.3.2, setting 1 Euro as the price about gift wrapping and putting three items in the cart, the message is

I would like the order to be gift-wrapped.
(Additional cost of 1,00 € (tax incl.))

And performing the check out, one euro is added. So it should be charged per order.

Reading the file "Cart.php" confirms the behaviur.
