How to change payment method after placing order with different payment method?

Hi

My customers sometime change their mind about paying using a certain payment method & ask me to modify their order to pay by another method. How can I do this with the existing order?

For ex: They choose bankwire & the order is processed successfully but after that they decide they want to pay via paypal, how can I edit the order such that they can reprocess it via paypal?

You can't. PrestaShop doesn't let you edit orders, only return products in an order. The best you can do is ask the customer to manually pay using PayPal, then you can view the order and add a message to the order with the PayPal transaction ID.
