PayPal & Prestashop

Hi
I have worked on prestashop, and have prestashop eveprest and securax themes in catalog mode.
Now I want to do a project in shop mode where the deliveries of items sold on website will be from warehouses located in different countries using different currencies and VAT rates.
Do I need to buy developer license and then install the three stores in a multistore configuration or can I still cover  all three physical warehouse locations and collections of money from customers into paypal from one store. 

I want to use it in one store for easy management. I know using a module to detect the country IP of the website visitor, I can restrict the display of products to the visitor displaying only the products available for the country of the store visitor, but can I also link my three bank accounts  in three different countries to the one store , or for three bank accounts i need three stores?

If anyone can suggest a way forward, that would be great.
