Upgrade / reinstall

I had to upgrade / reinstall my site due to the sie being hacked.

All is working front end...and I have started to receive orders again, however, in the backed, no products show against a customers order?
(see attachement)

the costs show correctly, but the weight, is 0 even though its charging correctly.

Anyone shed any light over what might be causing this?

To detail this a little further, it appears that the order lines show front end, but none of it shows on anything back office.

All emails just contain a cost, and customer address...the actual order line is blank, the same as the admin table shown on the first post.

Can somebody point me in the direction to amend this?

Further to my notes above...still need help.

I have also noticed that the status bar, and status upgrades seem to be missing from my orders backend.
