[SOLVED] Loyalty Voucher Glitch

Hi Fellow PS users

We were just trying to add a unique voucher for a customer to use but we had a problem !!

When we opened the drop down list from "To be used by" we found that the system would not show all our cusotmers and in fact gave a message stating "To much results"

So whilst we could view the 1st 30 or so customers we could not view the rest so was unable to choose the customer to recieve the Voucher code.

Does any one have any ideas about how to resolve this.

You should type the surname of the customer you want in the "Filter" field, then there won't be too many results.

A simply fix - but as always you are there to help save the day.

Thank you very much, as you stated - surname in the filter box sorts it out very nicely.
