Help me! APC

Hello! I have a problem with PrestaShop installer, i was installing that and do all steps but it dont help.
I was already change that:
 

realpath_cache_size = 5M

And from installator it's dissapear, so it's working.

Also i have enable "intl" extension and it's too dissapears.

But i have problem with that:

I have installed the php_apcu.dll and php_apcu.pdb, reload the xampp and refresh site, add this:

[APCu]
extension=php_apcu.dll
apc.enabled=1
apc.shm_size=32M
apc.ttl=7200
apc.enable_cli=1
apc.serializer=php

To php.ini, restart everything again and it's still don't working  Please help me, i have PhP 5.6
