I got the email from the demo link but when I move the whole site one level up on the server, then client can't any confirmation email. Could anyone tell me what should I do and How can I fix this problem?Any file that I should check? I have change the mail folder from 755 to 777 now. hblueair Posted November 28, 2008 Author Share Posted November 28, 2008 no it happened when user are done their money transaction and client is not able to get the confirmation with company logo that we set from the systemno confirmation from the shop system but only from the payment gateway.Please kindly tell me what should I do?
