How To Remove Deadlinks For Google

Dear Friends,

I am trying to remove deadlinks through webmaster tool of Google. After selecting not found error as pasting it into remove url option After submitting I am getting error as Denied and in that its showing massage as below"Your request has been denied because the webmaster of the site hasn't applied the appropriate robots.txt file or meta tags to block us from indexing or archiving this page.

Please work with the webmaster of this site or select an alternate removal option from the web page removal request tool."
