Problem with loyalty program

Hi, I am using the loyalty program and it works very well, it is a great module, but I have a question about it,
I discovered some kind of bug, when a customer creates an order for example he buys 3 products in one order and then we realize that we had had a mistake on our shop - we do not have one of those ordered products any more. In such case we ship customer only 2 products, but he gets loyalty points for all 3 ordered products,
How can I give him points only for 2 products?
I was looking for similar problem but I have not found any topics,
Could you help me please?

This would help me out as well. is there a way to manually add points to the customer.

For example I will take exchanges in from a customer. So they send me xxx product and I value it as £10 say. i would like to then give the customer £10 worth of points in their account that they then use in my store. Is this possible??
