One browser showing price excl vat and another browser inclusing vat

Very odd: I was testing my webshop in different browsers using several devises and most off them show the product price as I set it: including VAT but the Opera Mini browser on Android shows the prices on the same page without VAT.......   The normal (full) Opera for Android browser shows it including VAT !

How is that possible?  I assume PS only serves the browsers the price as set in PS and not both (with and without VAT) ?0

I also discovered that in Google Search results the product price is shown excluding tax (vat) where my webshop shows prices including tax (vat).

For me a mistery.. Anyone an idea?

Could it be a localisation/language issue?  I've had the mobile version of my shop refuse to update with changes and it turned out it was defaulting based on the language on the mobile to "en" rather than the default in browser of "en-gb".  There's a function I think with geoip affecting localisation, which could affect your taxes maybe?

Thanks for you suggestion. I will have a look around in the localisation settings although I find it strange than one browser shows a different price than the other browser if I install two browsers on the same device opening the same landing pages. It does not make much sense. Again Google search also has to get it from somewhere.  I have to sort out some other problems first (now I have an Fatal error on both my front and back office after clearing cache (after I installed Redis cache a few back back). Just solved he destruction of my Google search history after moving my shop (old verson) in shop folder to the root with a new version.  I have learned from 6 years PS when it is working don't change anything anymore but in this case I have to get it working first and 1.7.2.4 has some new challenges.
