Help no categories after upgrade

Hi
I have just upgraded to 1.1.0.3 and can just about open front shop but there are no categories showing. Were did I go wrong?
I can not get into the admin . It shows this message
Path is not the same between your browser and you server :

- Server:
/prestashop_1.1.0.3/admin789/login.php

- Browser:
/hermes/bosweb/web280/b2806/ipw.mayor-ho/public_html/prestashop_1.1.0.3/admin789/login.php

Please can you help me on either of these problems

I have the same problem, after upgrading all the categories disappeared! I can see them in my back office and they are activated, but in the shop there are no categories. The only way to reach the products are from the bestsellers and so on.

How do i fix it?

You need to upgrade your theme files, as these are not upgraded during the installation.

Easiest way I have found is to copy over the tpl files from he default prestashop theme into your own theme.

Any changes you have made to your theme tpl files will be overwritten, so you will need to make a note of any changes you have made, and make the changes to the new tpl files.

I Transferred the "Themes" catalog from the old installation to the new and then the whole page got "destroyed". Probably i did wrong i suppose. Is the easiest way out too reinstall Prestashop?

I was using the original theme all along, just so you know.

Ahh you didnt say you were using the default theme, I think there is a bug in that theme that wont let you use dynamic categories, in the BO>modules configuration, turn off the dynamic menus option.

As for fixing your themes problem try deleting just the themes folder (not any customised themes) then just download a new prestashop installation and upload the themes folder from that.
