Installation directory issues

Hi, I hope someone can help

My site recently got hacked and had to be reset from scratch. I had a backup of it.

I basically replaced the full directory backup structure that I had....

When I click on categories on the left, it tries to load pages called http://www.butterworms.co.uk/prestashop/5-butterworms

Where www.butterworms.co.uk is the site name

/prestashop/ was the old directory (restored to)

and 5-butterworms is the category

This returns a missing page..or should I say no page at all.

The front of the site runs, and things can be added to the basket....but I cant see what is going wrong elsewhere?

I have even tried upgrading to the newest prestashop...and this makes no difference?
