Accounts
I have my shop opened for awhile now, and I'm 100% sure I've gotten more visits than what the stats in the backend tells me. It tells me I have 5 visits and 3 visitors, and the visits hasn't increased since. None of the other stats modules seems to be updating either. Is this a bug or do I need to wait like a week before the stats update?Cheers.
lermoos
HelloI have the same problem with my stats. They were updating daily then for the last week and a half they have frozen. Did you get a response from anyone?. I posted the same but no replies.Lermoos
Accounts
Nope, I am still awaiting for a reply. It's still stuck on 5 and 3 visitors, and know I know something is up because there's a few registrations and the counter still doesn't rise. mark4040
Hi guysI'm new to this myself but when you go into the back office and you have got the page with the four coloured square with the sales, registrations and so on just next to that on the right is the calendar just check that the date at the bottom where it says (TO) is set to a date further in time.Mark. Accounts
Hey Mark, thanks for that, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. I changed the date in the calender in this page instead, but it hasn't changed a thing. On an unrelated note, I see you have an archery shop, I'm quite an avid archer myself and have been shooting for many years. I'll be sure to add your site to my list of shops
