DropZite Posted December 13, 2010 Share Posted December 13, 2010 Is there a default feature on Prestashop that sends an email on every major status change (like Payment accepted, canceled) of any order to the Admin / Owner of the store?I know about the Mail Alerts module but it is limited to only sending notification for New Orders.Is there something like what I described above? benorbeen Posted June 12, 2011 Share Posted June 12, 2011 Same here. For example, when the order status has been changed from Payment Accepted to Shipped, an email goes to the customer. It would be nice to find a way to code or configure that an email goes to another person as well, like the admin.Thoughts on how to accomplish this?
