jackso11 Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 My .htaccesss file is in my config folder, if I move it out to the root directory my site stops working and I can't login to the admin page. shokinro Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 The .htaccess file is different when it is under root and under a folder.The folder name appears in each rewrite rules if your store is not at root.You can open the .htaccess file to remove the folder name from each rules. That will work if you don't have many products, but will quickly become unmanageable if you have many products. PrestaShop requires the ID to determine which product to redirect to.
