[SOLVED] Spare parts shop - compability search needed

Hi,

I sell spare parts and need a search function where the customer easily can find the right spare part for their product.

In order for this to happen I want a search engine on my front page where the customer can search on a number of criterias:
- Compatible brand
- Compatible model series
- Compatible model number
I want the search engine to use ajax or similar with drop-down menues.

Also, I need an easy way to import these features to the products. Some products fit a LOT of products so a semi-automated import function of features is essential.

I think there are search engine modules available that could be used with a little modification, also the "feature" in prestashop could probably be modified to work together with a csv import module.

Finally, to present the data on the products I would like a modification to the product pages where the data is presented in several tabs like "Specifications" and "Compatible models".

Anyone up for a challange? I'm willing to pay good money for a working solution. I'm running Presta 1.3.1.

Did you guys agree on what would be the best option or module to add Spear Parts finder based on Make, Model, Year. In my case I see motorcycle parts. Thanks,
