reporting not working category / article page * SOLVED *

Hi Guys,
(Hope that is the right place for to ask about that)

So, I recenlty installed both version of PS 1.3 and 1.4 Beta
With both of them I'm facing the same non displaying "add Category and add articles" missing pages
in the Adminstration section:
This page simply does not appear leaving me with nothing but the title bar: Catalog / clients wich acts normal.

All other page seems to display as required, stats, etc...

Does anyone knows about what files or dir related to this part I should check for ?

altough I had green light configuring the instal
(all but one light in the last part, security measure, but I dont think that's where the problem lies)
