Access denied for user

I am trying to add a category but I am getting this error:

an error occurred while creating object category (Access denied for user 'su****tzi'@'%' to database 'su****tzi')

I get this error whether I click on 'save' or 'save and back to parent category'

I don't know whether it's permissions or not, most on my site are set to 777 and some to 750 and 755

I am a first time user

All sorted.

I deleted the database and re-installed, it now it seems to be fine.

Thought I'd had it sussed, but I can only add a single category and now I am getting the same message:
