fideel Posted December 11, 2010 Share Posted December 11, 2010 Hello,I had a problem because my carrier changed his url.So i did put in the new url code ( with the "@" where the trackingnumber should appear) in prestashop. But it didn't changed in the emails.So i went to phpmyadmin to ps_carrier and deleted everything.Now is the field where i should put in the trackingnumber gone...When pressing ' preparation in progress', the field doesn't show up.So i was lucky to have a backup of my database and i put in the old ps_carrier..no luck, i don't seem to get the field to put in the trackingnumber.What should i do to solve this problem?Warmest regardsPrestashop version: Version 1.2.0.8Hope you can help me out!
