create account can't work

if i log in to my store,

the name state and country doesn't exit

why, this happen??

before proses shipping can work good.

sory i can't speak english.

For countries, all countries should already there by default, but you need to shipping carrier and then set shipping zone for that country.

For sate, you have to setup them at your back office.

log in to your back office
click shipping tab
click carrier / countries /states to configure each of them.

when new create account name country and state nothing so proses shipping can work,
before language in back office iam delete, proses shiping can work well...

how solution for this shipping can run again???
