Quick Search - No results Found - REALLY?

If a customer searches of a book Title - Blessed Be God"
they get

No results found for your search "blessed be god"

YET the on the fly suggestions that appear below the text box before the search button is click are good and show the book.
Just the word Blessed alone shows the book, albeit way down the list.

It appears that mixing text below the search limit size (4) causes the search to show No Result.

Anyone else seen this know a remedy? My boss is not impressed the search engine cannot find our most popular book!
