an error occurred with payment module while language changing

Hello.

I have a Multilanguage e-store (PS 1.7.3.1). At setup of the Hipay payment service module, I have a problem: upon transition to payment page, the module do not understand the non-Latin symbols in URL address. Everything works perfect in English, but if I switch language to Russian or Slovenian, the order page address changed to _mydomain.com/ru/заказ?step=3  instead of _mydomain.com/en/order?step=3  . The payment module cannot recognize this address and generated an error message. 
My question is - where i can replace the Cyrillic letters to Latin letters in URL address?
