[Solved] Change to US Address Format on Order History Page

Using version 1.3.2 I've modified the file PDF.php so that invoices print with the US address format
First Name Last Name
Address
Address 2
City, State Zip

What file(s) do I modify so when a user looks at their order history on the screen and expand a particular order, the Address format listed under "Invoice" and "Delivery" on the Order History page displays the same way? The page is under "My Account", then "Order History"
