How config MultiStore with ISO_code and Shipping Cost

Hi everyone,

 

I have an E-commerce website based on Presta 1.7.3 and now I want to change it working as Marketplace with many Sellers in diffirent States.

 

1. Can I config it to MultiStore that A seller has a Shop or Store?

2. I read the document of presta guide, and there is no thing about address of Shop or Store. Could set address (iso_code) for it?

3. Is there shipping cost module that calculate Shipping_cost based on distance(from Iso_code of Store to Iso_code of Customer who make order) and weght?
