Data Sheet changes when color is selected

I'm looking to have the Data Sheet information changes when a different Color Attribute is selected.
For example, there's a drop down selection for Colors; i.e. Red, White, Blue. I need the data sheet to display different Features when the color is changed.

Color: Red
Data Sheet: Luminance: 1440 Lm

Color: White
Data Sheet: Luminance: 1000 Lm

Color: Blue
Data Sheet: Luminance: 560 Lm


Is there an existing module that can accomplish this?
