Attributes and Customization Errors

Wondering if anyone out there has had the same issue as me?
I have products with 3 attributes and between 5 and 10 product customization (text) fields.
Customer selects their chosen attributes, then fills in product customization fields and presses "Save". Go back to "Add to Cart" to find that the attributes have reverted back to the defaults and are not the same as selected originally. Customer has to re-select the attributes before adding to cart to ensure that they are correct.

Any thoughts?

I have seen this bug reported before, but I don't know when Prestashop will address that.

I have created a module that lets you customize attributes and lets you use textbox, textarea and file upload as attributes, which eliminates the need to customization and the "save" button.
