How to use Faceted Search to filter a range of product dimensions?

Hello,

I am selling furniture which has the important features of Width, Depth, and Height. I have made these 3 things into Features and on each piece of furniture, I enter a custom numerical value representing the number of inches of that dimension. However I discovered doing it this way does not allow me to be able to filter by dimensions in the Faceted Search module. Ideally I would like the filter to be controlled by a slider in exactly the same way the weight filter works. Is this possible? How can this be accomplished?

I am afraid this is not possible with the standard module, you will have to either modify it to make it happen (and it's really not easy) or find a module that implements that sort of feature
