Thank you so much for downloading and using our Prestashop Migrator module. I'm really sorry about the problem happened with your migration process.

Please try the following solution to import your data:

• On the source website, you could download the entire data package. Click on the button as in this screenshot:

• On the destination website, select the Source type = "Upload data file from computer" then upload the data package you just downloaded.
