tax on shipping but not product

Hi There,

I have state tax set up and have diligently followed the instructions (setting up the Zone, Country and State), but the cart is only showing tax on the shipping, not the product.

I read where some have had to delete the state and re-enter it as new, I've tried this also, adding WA for a second Washington state (Prestashop is not allowing me to delete Washington) but same problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
