[SOLVED] e-mails order translation

hello. iam using prestashop 1,2,3 iam using it in greek language, i have a problem i dont know how to translate the e-mails that sends to the customers for the orders they made, and also the pdf of orders that appears only the english letters and all the others with <???????>
please i need your help and with details because iam new at this

You should create a separate directory in the mails directory with the language's iso code (on the Tools > Languages tab), if one doesn't already exist. You can edit the mail templates there. If none exist, copy the ones over from another language and then translate them.

hello my friend, i have allready install greek language in to languages, i didnt understand where exactly can i translate the e-mail templates? how can i translate the e-mais from back office>tools>translations, modify translations, there is not a section with e-mails

In PrestaShop v1.4, you can select "Mail translations", but in earlier versions of PrestaShop, you cannot edit mail templates from the Back Office. You must manually edit the mail templates in the mails/ directory.
