After a mailer was sent out we had approx. 200 users on the website concurrently and it basically kept timing out - just displaying a white page with the loading bar. we restarted IIS7 and the issue was cured but we have seen this before with prestashop. IIS7 spawned lots of php-cgi processes whilst this was going on and spiked the server cpu to 100% until the restart. After the restart we had the same amount of traffic but no issue which points to a prestashop code deficiency?is there any documentation for the max number of concurrent users, are there any load testing examples we can see, and any optimisations we need to make to stop this happening?thanks.
