Proszę o podpowiedź którą część kodu usunąć w tpl, żeby usunąć kody rabatowe i zwroty.

Zwroty można wyłączyć w panelu admina. Rabaty jak nie korzystasz z kodów to także nie powinny być widoczne.

zwroty wyłączyłem, z kodów rabatowych korzystam, ale nie chcę ich na stronie głównej w stopce

Tu masz od kodów rabatowych w moje konto. 

Jeżeli nie chcesz ich w stopce musisz edytować kod modułu myaccountfooter.
