Paypal Won't Complete Payment Process!

I am getting this constant error once I try using PayPal as a payment method in my store:

"This recipient is currently unable to receive money"

I have set up the PayPal account exactly as described in the PayPal module, and have set the correct email for the account, but no matter what I do. I keep getting this response! Please help, this site is going live today!

Same here! I swear i entered my API correct but it tells me "Your Paypal API crendentials are not valid, please double-check their values or contact PayPal."

And when i try to checkout it tells me "This recipent is currently unable to recieve money" on the paypal ERROR screen

If anyone could add me on skype and help me resolve this it would be greatly appreciated!
