Adding Middle name field

Hi

I need to add an extra field middle name, since we have only first name and last name in prestashop shopping cart,
Please advice where or all i need to make changes.

It's actually quite difficult to do, and some people don't have a middle name. It is convention to write your first and middle name in the "First name" field.
