Login fails (Permission denied)- goes back to login page ( and user is not signed in)

Hi All,

This a critical problem,

I use prestashop version 1.2.5 , and when user login - nothing happens it comes back to login page and user is not signed in.

I guess it's a problem with the authentication:

see the error I get: Permission denied line: 480.
