Customers cart is not converted to an order ?

Customer can add items to the cart, and can pay via Paypal. Paypal notification comes through. But cart is not converted to an order.

Any ideas please, as shop is on  line.

PrestaShop version: 1.7.3.0

I would look at php settings of the web server. As far as I know Paypal has to tell your shop the payment is ok and cart can be transfered to order.

Perhaps your php settings does not let PayPal communicate with your shop.

I just upgraded my shop to 1.7.2.4 and had this after the upgrade when I also woved to another payment module.. It did not store the setting of the module. PHP version was also not the right one.

I found the attached "server requirements PS1.7" on the forum and saved it as pdf file to keep and check the settings.
