custom document as product

Hello!

I've to work on a project where i need to sell documents made via form.

 

 - the product should be added to cart only if the form is completed of after form completion.

 - after the payment the result of the form is send as pdf

 

I'm new on prestashop, and i don't know if there is a module to help me.

I've search solution on google but didn't find a specific module to do that.

I've found lot of module to add custom form for registering, or to customise product but

i didn't found a kind of custom form builder that could be added to a specific product and required for the payment

 

Maybe someone know something that could help me..?
