Alex Posted May 16, 2018 Share Posted May 16, 2018 Can you get a view at your servers log? Very often this is the place to look for the cause. If your webhost has plesk installed you can go under subscriptions -> your account -> logs and maybe use realtime and click on the page causing the problem. Then you can look for a fix.
