dt88
I'm sure this has been asked before but I have spent the last hour failing to find it on the forumhow do I go about creating a second field in customer registration that confirms the entered passwords and email address is correct before the confirmation email is sent. I found threads that discuss adding basic fields. I have alot of customers incorrectly typing their email address in, and I have noticed that they all had products in their cart with the intent to purchase and that they are all over the age of 35.So there is a need for a re-enter of email and password in the form, and then if incorrect highlight to the customer to recheck the data entered, and if possible have an option to show the characters of the passwordThoughts??Cheers,DT

MrBaseball34
I will try to get to it this weekend. What version are you using? I think I'll publish ways to do it in 1.4 and 1.37 and below
dt88
Really appreciate it mate, your a legend! I had an attack and realised how code illiterate I am when it came to this taskcurrently working with 1.3.2.3, but once 1.4 is release will be upgrading, haven't seen much changes in the latest versions that I could see, rubbing my hands in anticipation for 1.4 hahaCheers,DT
MrBaseball34
1.4 is vastly different than 1.3.2.3 If you made any changes to anything in that version, you'll probably have to redo them in 1.4However, on the bright side, 1.4 allows overrides so you don't have to make them in later versions.
