FredActin Posted December 5, 2010 Share Posted December 5, 2010 I'm not too good with this kind of things but I guess you can test whether the problem comes from the upload or the download.The files you upload are stored on the Download directory. Try to upload a zip file directly via FTP instead of prestashop and see if you can download it without problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

FredActin Posted December 6, 2010 Share Posted December 6, 2010 Ok so we now it the error comes from the upload on Prestashop.It looks like a conflict with the configuration of the server... I'm not too sure what to advise from there as I'm not comfortable with this kind of issues.Maybe check your server error logs you might see something that helps?Hopefully somebody else will be able to help more than me on that. need4speed Posted December 14, 2010 Share Posted December 14, 2010 Its because of the size of the files they are to big I have the same problem Its the PHP function thay they use to download the file with, that doesnt like large files.Its a really big BUG!
